Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a MAT Telehealth Patient Facilitator at Tipton Correctional Center in Tipton, Missouri. The role schedules, facilitates, coordinates, and monitors telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff serving Missouri Department of Corrections patients.

This position requires a High School Diploma/GED and preferred background in health services or administrative duties. Must pass background checks and obtain agency security clearance; TB documentation and CPR/BLS/AED

Qualifications

• Background in mental health or physical health preferred.
• Previous administrative and/or medical assistant training or duties preferred.
• Experience working in a correctional mental health setting preferred.
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation, must be appropriately certified in first aid, CPR/BLS, and AED use.
• Must pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, facilitates, coordinates, and monitors telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff.
• Ensures telehealth services are delivered to patients within Missouri Department of Corrections.
• Coordinates care coordination across clinical staff and facilities.
• Maintains compliance with security and privacy requirements for the correctional setting.

We are currently seeking a full-time MAT Telehealth Patient Facilitator to join our team at Tipton Correctional Center located in Tipton, Missouri.

The MAT Telehealth Patient Facilitator at Facility schedules, facilitates, coordinates, and monitors telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff who provide telehealth services to patients within Missouri Department of Corrections.

Qualifications

• Background in mental health or physical health preferred
• Previous administrative and/or medical assistant training or duties preferred
• Experience working in a correctional mental health setting preferred
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation, must be appropriately certified in first aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS), and automated external defibrillator (AED) use
• Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable

Available Shift: Monday-Friday, Days, 7:30am-4:00pm
