The Mat Roller works on a performance-based incentive pay structure; compensation can increase by meeting or exceeding production standards, with additional pay for above-target results.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
• Safely place mats into a rolling machine for processing.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and organize mats for workflow.
• Sort and place rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery.
