Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned floor mats, operates a rolling machine, maintains the work area, and sorts rolled mats for customer delivery.

This position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure. The role requires being eligible to work in the US, at least 18, and able to work a 3rd shift in York, PA.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
• Place mats into a rolling machine for processing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Sort and place rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery.
