Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller will evaluate the quality of cleaned mats, operate a rolling machine, and keep the workspace clean. You will also sort and stage rolled mats for delivery to customers.

The role offers an incentive pay structure based on production, with potential for higher hourly pay for meeting or exceeding standards. Second shift, full-time, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Requires standing for most of shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats and safely place into a rolling machine for processing; maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Sort and place the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery.
