Job summary

Cintas Corporation in North Canton, OH is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. You will evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, then safely place into a rolling machine for processing and keep the work area clean.

This position features a performance-based incentive pay structure; you can earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour for meeting or exceeding production standards.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Requires standing for most of shift; repetitive motions, bending, and lifting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
• Place mats into the rolling machine for processing.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Sort and place rolled mats in staging locations for delivery.
