Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned floor mats and safely operates a rolling machine, while keeping the work area clean.

Mats are then sorted and staged for delivery under a performance-based incentive pay structure. This 3rd shift position requires standing for long periods and physical activity including lifting.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work near others for extended periods.
• Must work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Standing for most of shift is required.
• Repetitive motions, bending, and lifting are part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
• Place mats into rolling machine for processing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Sort and place rolled mats in staging locations for delivery.
