The Medication Assisted Treatment Program Manager position is responsible for the overall coordination, development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program at all clinical sites, in addition to providing individual psychotherapy to patients with substance use disorders. The MAT Program Manager ensures that MAT services are patient-centered, evidence-based, integrated with primary medical and behavioral health care, and delivered consistently across service delivery sites. The position works collaboratively with medical providers, behavioral health clinicians, nursing, pharmacy, care management, Population Health, and other departments to establish and maintain an effective interdisciplinary model of care for patients with substance use disorders.

The starting pay for this position is $68,640.00 annually. Please keep in mind that actual salary will vary based on various factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
