Performance Optimal Health in Norwalk, CT seeks a knowledgeable Mat Pilates Instructor to lead thoughtful, well-structured classes that emphasize strength, control and alignment. You will deliver safe, effective sessions helping clients build core stability, improve movement quality, and feel more connected to their bodies.

The ideal candidate holds a current mat-focused Pilates certification (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI or similar), CPR/AED, and can clearly cue exercises with emphasis on form,

Qualifications

• Current mat-focused Pilates certification (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI or similar).
• CPR/AED certification prior to start.
• Clear and effective cueing with emphasis on form, breath, and control.
• Experience offering modifications and progressions for a range of abilities.
• Strong communication and reliable, professional presence.

Responsibilities
