Industry is seeking a motivated Pilates Instructor to lead apparatus-focused group reformer classes in a supportive, growth-minded studio in South Pasadena. This part-time role emphasizes energy, professionalism, and heart as you work with clients of all levels.

Qualifications

• Certified in full apparatus Pilates (450+ hours or equivalent training).
• Group class teaching experience.
• Positive, energetic, and motivational presence.
• Contemporary understanding of classical exercises.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Familiar with club management software (Club Ready) or willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Pilates group reformer classes.
• Lead private, semi-private, and demo sessions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-equipped studio environment.
• Support client engagement through check-ins and sales.
• Promote studio services, memberships, and retail offerings.
• Be a motivating and inspiring presence in every session.
