Job summary

Mountain View Country Club is seeking a passionate Mat Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. You will lead group and individual classes, design programs, and help clients improve flexibility, posture, and core strength in a welcoming studio atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has a Pilates certification, strong knowledge of anatomy, and experience teaching groups of 12 or more. CPR/AED is preferred. Join us to promote health and wellness while delivering safe, engaging instruction.

Qualifications

• Certification in Pilates instruction is required.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Experience teaching groups of 12+ participants.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, safe, and effective Mat Pilates classes tailored to a diverse group of participants.
• Provide clear verbal cues, modifications, and hands-on corrections to support all levels of ability.
• Maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional environment that aligns with our studio's values and standards.
• Set up and break down class space, ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment storage.
• Offer consistent guidance and progression to help participants improve strength, flexibility, posture, and core stability over time.
