Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time MAT Telehealth Patient Facilitator for the Eastern Reception, Diagnostic, and Correctional Center in Bonne Terre, Missouri. The role coordinates, schedules, and monitors telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff serving Missouri Department of Corrections patients.

Ideal candidates have a background in health care or mental health, prior administrative or medical assistant experience, and relevant TB and CPR/BLS/AED certifications.

Qualifications

• Background in mental health or physical health preferred.
• Previous administrative or medical assistant training preferred.
• Experience in a correctional mental health setting preferred.
• Must show TB documentation and be certified in first aid, CPR/BLS, and AED use.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, facilitate, coordinate and monitor telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff serving Missouri DOC patients.
• Support telehealth delivery by ensuring smooth workflow and documentation.
• Maintain required certifications and TB documentation as part of on-site duties.
