Job summary

Sanofi in Cambridge, MA seeks a Senior Program Manager for Mastocytosis to drive lifecycle management initiatives and align medical strategies with global teams. You will coordinate with the Medical Program Lead and GMT to ensure strategic programs advance across product development stages.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in biotech/pharma project/program management.
• Scientific background and Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Experience translating strategy into tactical plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management initiatives for Mastocytosis in partnership with MPL.
• Operationalize GMT strategies and deliverables.
• Drive evidence generation planning across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee lifecycle management, study timelines, and budgets.
• Engage internal teams and external alliance partners for collaborations.
