Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Sandwich Prep team member for the Masters Tournament. You will prepare and assemble sandwiches for concessions, following Club recipes and standards, and help maintain clean, sanitary stations.

The role requires physical work, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed. The pay rate is $14.00 per hour, and you will be part of a world-class culinary team dedicated to exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Culinary certification and/or relevant technical culinary training preferred.
• Previous culinary experience preferred.
• Displays interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
• Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.
• Requires stooping, bending, lifting and transporting of objects up to 30 pounds.
• Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items according to Club recipes and standards.
• Portions, chops and uses utensils and equipment to prepare and maintain holding temperatures.
• Sets up, maintains and breaks down work stations.
• Ensures sanitation guidelines are followed for work areas and equipment.
• Covers, dates and stores leftovers per approved methods.
• Notifies Area Chef and Lead Chef of shortages or equipment issues.
• Greets and directs members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, professional manner.
