Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, or related clinical field.
• Current professional license (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) preferred or license eligible.
• Experience in involuntary residential or secure settings is required.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct individual and group therapy, intakes, and crisis intervention.
• Case Management: Manage caseloads, coordinate medical and psychiatric care, contact families and collaterals.
• Collaboration & Compliance: Maintain licensing documentation and liaise with state agencies.
