Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club is seeking an Operations team member for the Masters Tournament. You will help maintain the Golf Shop stock, ensure service standards, and support guests throughout the shopping experience.

The role emphasizes resupply and patron flow management, with opportunities to work alongside a world-class team. Pay rate is $14.00 per hour, and the job requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience developing or communicating order quantities preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Strong time management to prioritize tasks.
• Interpersonal skills to work in a team.
• Ability to work in heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.
• Sitting or standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels to ensure timely resupply.
• Communicate resupply quantities by size, style and color.
• Direct stockers to open storage cartons, prepare merchandise for presentation and deliver to displays.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and presentation of shop/storage space.
• Manage patron flow and assist guests with Masters merchandise.
• Greet and direct members, players, caddies and patrons professionally.
• Attend orientation and training sessions and work schedule including holidays and weekends.
