Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Cashier for the Masters Tournament. You will greet members, process transactions at the merchandise checkout, and ensure patrons receive their receipts and merchandise as they leave the counter.

This position requires basic computer skills to operate the POS, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 30 pounds. Work includes holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Must have basic computer skills to operate POS equipment.
Strong interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.
Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilités

Greet and direct members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Take the lead in processing the purchase transaction with assistance from a Cashier Assistant.
Operate the Point of Sale equipment as directed and scan items into the system.
Total the transaction and request payment type from the patron.
Request signatures for credit card transactions when applicable and provide receipts.
Ensure that all purchased merchandise is taken by the patron as they leave the checkout counter.
