Job summary

CyberX Info System is seeking a QMS Document Controls Specialist to support a harmonization effort within the R&D Quality team in Raleigh, NC. This 3–6 month contract requires onsite presence at least three days per week and offers challenging, detail-oriented work with strong independence.

The role focuses on controlling MasterControl documents, vendor onboarding, and ensuring documentation quality across the QMS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in QMS document control.
• Advanced, hands-on MasterControl experience, including use within the last year.
• Experience with vendor onboarding and qualification in a QMS environment.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile, organize, and maintain controlled documents within the MasterControl QMS as part of a QMS harmonization project.
• Support vendor onboarding and qualification activities, including organizing and filing vendor documentation.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with QMS requirements; file correctly.
