Alloy Engineering is seeking a Master Welder (MIG/TIG) for the 2nd shift to join our ESOP-owned manufacturing team in Berea, OH. You will execute high-quality welds on diverse alloys, read complex blueprints, and perform precise fabrication of large-scale components.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of welding experience in heavy fabrication.
• Proficient in shop math including fractions and geometry.
• Must bring personal welding hood and basic hand tools.
• Willingness to work 55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welds on steel, stainless, and nickel alloys.
• Interpret blueprints and AWS welding symbols with precision.
• Carry out fit-up, layout, and assembly of large-scale components.
• Maintain ASME and AWS compliance in all work practices.
