Alloy Engineering is a 100% employee-owned manufacturer specializing in high-temperature, corrosion-resistant fabrications and equipment for demanding industrial applications. Our team seeks a highly skilled Master Welder (MIG/TIG) to join our ranks.

This role requires experience with stainless steels, nickel alloys, and specialty metals, plus the ability to read complex drawings and weld to ASME and AWS standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional welding experience in heavy fabrication.
• Master Welder (MIG/TIG) proficient with stainless steels and nickel alloys.
• Able to read complex drawings and interpret AWS/ASME symbols.
• Must provide personal welding hood and basic hand tools.
• Willing to work 55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Execute MIG and TIG welds on steel, stainless, and high-nickel alloys.
• Interpret advanced drawings and AWS symbols.
• Perform complex fit-up and assembly of large components.
• Ensure workmanship meets ASME standards.
• Operate precision measuring tools.
