Alloy Engineering in Berea, OH is seeking an experienced MIG & TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our production team. We build custom industrial equipment and fabrications using stainless steel, nickel alloys, and other specialty metals.

This role focuses on custom fabrication, blueprint-driven work, precision fit-up, and challenging projects rather than repetitive production welding. You will read blueprints, weld to ASME/AWS standards, and collaborate to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional welding/fabrication experience.
• Strong MIG and TIG welding skills with stainless steel experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG & TIG welding and fabrication per blueprints.
• Operate independently and in a team to meet deadlines.
• Adhere to ASME and AWS standards and safety rules.
