Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, seeks an experienced Mechanic Tech III in a high-production shop to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs and overhauls on customer vehicles. You will follow electrical schematics, test performance, and ensure contractual obligations are met under the direction of the Mechanic Shop manager.

You will also assist in mentoring other technicians and maintaining shop standards while providing excellent service to internal and external customers in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience in vehicle diagnostics and repair.
• Master Technician with leadership responsibilities.
• Must hold eight Certifications A-1 through A-8.

Responsibilities

• Perform major diagnostics, repairs and overhauls on customer vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair systems: electrical, cooling, transmission, engine, fuel, and hydraulic subsystems.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians; track vehicle information and maintain shop processes.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and maintain a professional work environment.
