Qualifications

• Journeyman Tool Maker certification or equivalent experience.
• Good reading of blueprints and layout familiarity.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC or manual machines to produce parts.
• Measure parts with precision tools and record dimensions.
• Train and lead junior journeymen as required.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safety protocols.
