Job summary

Amcor LLC through Erie Tool Shop is seeking a Toolmaker at various levels to construct, refurbish and repair mold components using CNC and manual machines. The role requires reading blueprints, holding tight tolerances, and assisting supervisors across machining cells in a fast-paced environment.

Levels I-III demand certified journeyman status or equivalent experience, with training in Mastercam/CNC/Mazatrol programming and a strong background in grinding, milling, lathe, welding, EDM, and

Qualifications

• Journeyman Tool Maker certification or equivalent.
• Experience in grinding, milling, lathe, welding, EDM, polishing, or assembly.
• Ability to program using Mastercam, CNC, or Mazatrol.
• Strong attendance and overtime flexibility.
• Understand injection or blow molding processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned CNC or manual machines.
• Use precision measuring tools to record dimensions.
• Read blueprints and assist with workflow in shop.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and perform overtime as needed.
• Assist superiors with day-to-day activities and decision making.
