Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or equivalent 2-year post-high-school training.
• Minimum 10 years relevant manufacturing/operations experience.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience and 1 year in cryogenics environment.
• One year of leadership experience and/or 3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with general lab equipment (meters, power supplies, handheld tools).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
