Job summary

Napleton Italian Imports in Carmel, Indiana is seeking an Automotive Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards and build customer trust in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ Master Technician experience; ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus. The company offers competitive pay, relocation, paid training, and comprehensive benefits including insurance and 401k.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Job Requirements:

• ASE and or Manufacturer certifications are a plus
