Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Master Technician for Napleton Italian Imports in Carmel, Indiana. You will diagnose and repair vehicles to specifications across luxury brands and contribute to customer trust through quality workmanship.

We offer a pay range of $75,000 to $130,000, incentive-based pay, paid training and certifications, relocation help, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician.
• ASE and or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and repair to specifications.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician required.
• ASE and or Manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
