Alfa Romeo at Napleton Italian Imports in Carmel, Indiana, is seeking an Automotive Master Technician. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles to factory standards, while building customer trust through clear communication and quality work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven.
• 18+ years of age to comply with policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast of rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Located at Napleton Italian Imports (Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Fiat) located in Carmel, Indiana. Carmel Indiana was recently voted the #1 Best Place to Live In America- by U.S. News. The Master Technician is responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.
