The Stritch Family Literacy Center at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee is seeking a part-time Master Teacher to provide evening instruction and direct student assessment using the CLIFFTOP intervention model at UWM's Children’s Learning Center. Duties include documentation, family communication, and progress reporting.
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree and Wisconsin teaching certification; literacy intervention experience is preferred.

The Master Instructors are responsible for direct student assessment and instruction, progress documentation, academic progress, family communication, and attendance and participation at all professional development and presession planning seminars. Responsible for direct student assessment and instruction with fidelity to CLIFFTOP intervention model. The work is performed onsite at UWM's Childrens Learning Center in the evenings.

This is a part time position. The number of students assigned to each Master Teacher is determined by need of the SFLC and availability of the selected Master Teacher.
