Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircuts, coloring, styling and extensions.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, and makeup applications.
• Meet or exceed service and product sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide guidance on products and services to guests and support salon events.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the salon and work areas.
• Collaborate with the Experience Manager and team to ensure smooth operations.
