Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. You will deliver high-quality services including haircuts, color, styling, makeup, and extensions while driving service and retail sales.

Collaborate with the Experience Manager and team to ensure a superior guest experience. Utilize current trends, maintain excellent customer relationships, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Drive sales and guest service through product demonstrations and promotions.
• Support the Experience Manager and ASM in daily operations and events.
• Maintain store and salon cleanliness and uphold Ulta Beauty standards.
