Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments; consult with guests on needs.
• Meet or exceed weekly service sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products; drive guest loyalty.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies; keep salon clean and organized.
