Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Ability to perform comprehensive hair services and makeup.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions, and related services.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to store retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate products to guests and drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Stay informed on new trends, products, and services to educate guests and improve service quality.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance and uphold safety and sanitation standards.
