Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for hair cutting, color, styling, texture, treatments, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing.

Responsibilities

• Consult with guests on their hair care needs and recommend products/services.
• Deliver quality hair services: cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, and makeup applications.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by driving retail and service sales and contributing to store goals.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and guest experience initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, ingredients, and benefits of services to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and salon cleanliness.
