Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for hair services and makeup; ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and shrink.
• Demonstrate products with guests to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support execution of in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed about new trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
