Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required and active.
• Previous relevant hair salon experience required.
• Proficiency in hair design, color, styling and extensions.
• Ability to sell pro hair care and makeup products.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup and related services.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Follow safety, sanitation and infection control procedures; maintain cleanliness.
