Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage with guests, consult on hair care needs and recommend products and services in a fast-paced salon environment. The Master Stylist delivers high-quality services with a focus on guest satisfaction, sales, and productivity, while supporting the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques and equipment.
• Ability to build customer relationships and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, texture, treatments, styling, and extensions.
• Meet or exceed weekly service sales and productivity goals through exceptional guest service.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Support execution of in-store events, promotions and marketing to enhance guest experience.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation and infection control procedures and state board guidelines.
• Maintain punctual attendance and high standards of salon cleanliness.
