Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. seeks a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services to complete the guest’s total look, delivering quality services while supporting the Experience Manager and ASM to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

You will stay informed on trends, demonstrate techniques, maintain high sanitation and safety standards, and build strong client relationships in a team-oriented, compliant salon environment.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, extensions, and makeup applications.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Maintain guest service quality and store/ salon cleanliness.
• Stay informed on trends and product knowledge.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and service protocols.
