Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. You will deliver quality services with emphasis on the guest’s total look and support the Experience Manager and ASM in achieving sales and productivity goals.

The role requires a cosmetology license and proven salon experience, with a focus on exceptional guest service and product knowledge. A flexible schedule is needed to accommodate peak times.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant salon experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, styling, extensions, makeup and piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and service productivity goals through exceptional guest service.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products.
• Support events and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and share knowledge with guests.
• Maintain attendance and uphold store standards.
