Responsibilities

• Perform hair services: design, cuts, color, texture, treatments, styling, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing.
• Meet or exceed $1250 weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and guest service.
• Support in-store events, promos and marketing for an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain punctual attendance.
