Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, color, styling, makeup, and extensions.

• Engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products/services.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services; drive retail and service sales.
• Perform product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives for an outstanding guest experience.
• Stay informed about latest industry trends, products, and services to advise guests effectively.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and professional appearance.
