Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to retail & service sales.
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and guest service.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to advise guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance.
