Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Tennessee is seeking a Master Stylist to consult with guests on hair care, deliver expert services, and create the total look. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager while focusing on service sales, guest service, and shop productivity.

You must hold a cosmetology license, have prior relevant experience, and demonstrate proficiency in haircutting, coloring, styling, extensions, makeup, and client relations.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products; provide product knowledge to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Stay informed about current industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance and salon standards.
