Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Utah is seeking a Master Stylist to consult with guests on hair care needs, perform a wide range of services, and help guests achieve their total look. You will deliver quality professional services with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and repeat business.

You will work with the Experience Manager and peers, stay current with trends, and follow safety and hygiene standards. A cosmetology license and prior salon experience are required; some evenings/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license and ongoing professional development required.
• Previous salon experience preferred and strong guest service skills.
• Ability to consult with guests and recommend services and products.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, and styling.
• Meet or exceed service sales and contribute to guest loyalty goals.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Maintain store and salon cleanliness and adhere to procedures.
