Job summary

Ulta Beauty Utah is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services to enhance the total look.

You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, drive service sales and productivity, and uphold Ulta Beauty’s standards of guest service, safety, and store operations.

A valid Cosmetology license and prior salon experience are required, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience in a salon is required.
• Strong guest service and sales skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests, consult with them on hair care needs and recommend products and services.
• Deliver quality professional services with emphasis on guest’s total look.
• Support the Experience Manager and ASM and focus on performance (service sales, and productivity), people (guest service), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards).
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
