Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. You will deliver quality services with emphasis on guest total look and contribute to store sales and guest loyalty.

The role requires a cosmetology license, strong guest service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Training and a team-oriented environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency in haircutting, coloring, styling and extensions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services such as design, cuts, color, texture, treatments, styling, updos, keratin, extensions and makeup.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and uphold Ulta Beauty standards.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation and state guidelines.
