Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, and extensions.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for services and retail.
• Conduct product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Assist in-store events and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay informed on trends and ingredients to advise guests.
