Job summary

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required or in good standing.
• Experience with haircutting, coloring, styling and makeup.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cut, color and styling to deliver guest look.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to retail/service sales through guest service.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge for guests.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, safety, and company procedures.
• Build relationships and provide a total-store guest experience.
