Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care, and deliver high‑quality services with a focus on total look. You will support the Experience Manager and drive performance, guest service, and store standards while building guest relationships and product recommendations.

This role requires a cosmetology license, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Experience with hair design, coloring, texture, styling and extensions preferred.
• Strong guest service and sales skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions and makeup.
• Meet or exceed weekly service sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events and marketing initiatives for a standout guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge.
