Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend services that enhance the guest's total look. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager while delivering exceptional service and driving sales.

The role requires a cosmetology license and proven experience with hair design, coloring, and styling. A strong guest focus and ability to work as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services: design, cuts, color, styling, extensions, makeup, and piercing where applicable.
• Meet/exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Support in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with safety procedures.
