Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services to elevate their total look.

You will support the Experience Manager and deliver exceptional guest service while meeting sales and productivity goals through skilled hair services, product demonstrations, and in-store events; a cosmetology license is required. Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for hair cutting/color, styling, and extensions.

Responsibilities

• Consult with guests on hair care needs and recommend products/services.
• Perform hair services: design, haircut, color, texture, treatments, styling, extensions, and makeup (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products.
• Maintain store and salon cleanliness and comply with safety standards.
